I hope you love your Funky Fingerless Gloves purchase.  I am working hard to ensure all items that are posted to customers are of the highest standard but if there is ever a need to return an item,  returns will only be accepted due to faults or incorrect size.  You will receive a full refund within 30 days of purchase. I am also very happy to exchange for other items in the collection within this time frame.

Items can be returned for free via the Royal Mail Tracked Returns Portal. We do not provide a free return service in other cases. Please note that it is the responsibility of the purchaser to cover the cost of the return shipment.

Items bought on sale must be returned to us within 14 days of receipt. 

Under The Consumer Contract Regulations, your right to cancel begins from the moment you place your order, up to 14 working days after receiving your order. Your right to cancel is unconditional.

To return an item, please send to the address below. In an effort to be paperless we have not included a returns form with your order, so please help us by noting your order number or name inside the package. Please note that without this order number your refund may be subject to a delay. We ask you use a method that has tracking so the package is safe and secure.

If you wish to exchange your item for another, please email info@funkyfingerlessgloves.com to let me know what you would like to swap for what - I can work out if I owe you money or vice versa. Then please send the item back following the above guidelines for refunds - with a note inside the package of your name / order number & what you would like to exchange for! Your exchange will be actioned either the same day we get you order back or next working day depending on the time it arrives. Any relevant refunds will be made at this time also.
